Ok, results are in on the new diet experiment. 20+ lbs. down and counting. I have now come off of the strictest form of the diet and am in the maintenance phase. I lost more weight once I entered this phase. I have to say this is a solid diet. I have not been hungry at all and have been able to eat food I like, mind you some of it I didn't know I liked until I tried it. Experimental Diet Update-

I've kept it going for another 2 weeks. I've lost more weight since the last update. I'm 7 lbs. from my goal, and once I reach it, I'll start the maintenance phase and phase 2 of the experiment begins. Experimental Diet Update-

A month ago I started a new meal plan using a suggested diet from my doctor, The Fast Metabolism Diet. The actual plan lasts 4 weeks and there are 3 different phases per week. Stay tuned for an update on the results and the pros and cons, but I can tell you I'm 13 lbs. down and feel pretty great...even with no coffee!!
