Well we are finally getting back on track, Dynamic Driveline never fails to deliver driveshaft work when we’ve needed it, but we’ve gotten lucky with a couple weeks off

Also a thanks to Bryce Vowan for lending us a spare driveshaft and trying to give us another chance to fight the other weekend at Batesville, and Jeromy Wilson for a clutch handle in such late notice.

We’ve only got a couple more races to finish out the season but we plan to go out with a bang 💥

Still recovering from a great weekend at 67 Speedway, not much damage except a brake leak somewhere we hope to fix this weekend.

No racing for us today, but we are currently at work (the real job) so not necessary an “off” weekend for us. We have been asked by a couple people to try some tracks out and with the schedule opening up next month we might try to add 1 or 2 races.

Our next race will be Batesville Motor Speedway July 25th with the MLA as we are still fighting our way for a Top 10 Finish on the season!

67 Speedway Race Recap

Friday
Moved up two positions finishing 3rd in the Heat and putting us mid pack for Feature, track was hammer down and bad rough for our cars. Eventually got into another car and got a DNF from flying into the infield.

Saturday
Way different track as it started to slick in the Heat and I made no adjustment for it, only moved up one position and was prepared to run the B main starting pole but luck put us starting 16th in the Feature.
We had the car, in 11 laps we went from 16th making a pass for 9th and hit a rut so bad it turned the car around itself. So back to tailback we went and it was Green, White, Checkered from there, disappointment was real, but I’m just glad so many people missed us on the spin.

Overall a great weekend with friends and family, great racing from all the drivers, I wouldn’t wanna do it with anyone else.

Well, we definitely had a hell of a dozer last night😅

No brakes in the Heat Race but held on to 4th and no dig or drive off in the Feature finishing 13th. We held on and just wanted to finish the night at that point, definitely a challenging track. We took notes and advice and will try to do better next time.

We get a weekend off for July 4th and then head to 67 Speedway for a 2 day show.
