⚾️**LFYB EXECUTIVE BOARD VOTING UPDATE**⚾️
We have decided to postpone voting for the Executive Board until Fall registration due to low participation numbers. We have listed all of the available positions below along with their duties (as mentioned in our bylaws). If you are interested in any of the positions, please reach out to any current Executive Board Member.
Vice-President
A. In case the President is unable to attend the called meetings, the Vice-President will perform the said duties of the President.
B. The Vice-President will preside over the distribution and purchasing of baseball equipment and supplies. With all purchases going through the President.
C. Will handle all coach related issues, concerns & complaints.
D. The Vice-President will have a vote on all matters unless serving as the President.
E. The Vice-President shall serve a 2-year term unless re-elected.
Secretary
A. Secretary will record the minutes of each meeting.
B. The Secretary will maintain a list of LFYB Board/Executive Board members and will give notice of all meetings.
C. The Secretary will be responsible for ordering uniforms.
D. The Secretary will have a vote on all LFYB Executive Board matters.
E. The Secretary will serve a 2-year term unless re-elected.
Treasurer
A. The Treasurer will keep accurate records of all monies received and disbursed.
B. The Treasurer will make the final decision on purchases if the president & vice president can’t agree.
C. The Treasurer will have a vote on all LFYB Executive Board matters.
D. The Treasurer will serve a 2-year term unless re-elected.
Fundraiser
A. The Fundraiser will bring all fundraising ideas to the LFYB Board.
B. The Fundraiser will organize all fundraising activities and involve LFYB Board members with helping as needed.
C. The Fundraiser will review progress on fundraising goals and update LFYB Executive Board as needed.
D. The Fundraiser will have a vote on all LFYB Executive Board matters.
E. The Fundraiser will serve a 2-year term unless re-elected.
Member-At-Large
A. The At Large will provide support to the LFYB Board members and act as an intermediary between LFYB Board and community.
B. The At Large will participate in LFYB Board meetings, providing input on key decisions, and contributing guidance on matters relevant to the community or concerns.
C. The At Large will have a vote on all LFYB Executive Board matters.
D. The At Large will serve a 2-year term unless re-elected.
