POUND fitness is a high-energy, rhythm-based cardio jam session that combines drumming with light resistance. Participants use lightly weighted drumsticks, known as Ripstix, while performing movements inspired by yoga and Pilates to sculpt the body and burn up to 900 calories per hour.

They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. Three weeks. 4 weeks ago Kyle and I made lifestyle changes. Eating better and exercising again. Has it been easy? Not really. Has it been worth it? Hell yes. I am down 15 lbs and Kyle is down 20!
It takes making small goals to reach the big one. Mine? I would like to lose about 2 lbs per week for the next 4 weeks. I am developing a plan to do that and I am inviting ANYONE who wants to join me for the next month, for free! I will create a group, post meal plans and work out plans with tips and maybe some virtual workouts so you can join me, or watch the video to do on your own time. To get in on this, you must be a follower and comment on this post. We start tomorrow- short notice i know, but when you are ready, there should be no excuses. I will hold you accountable! Lets do this- give me 4 weeks!

Did you ever think about it this way? 
If you are constantly checking the scale and focusing on results, you’re more likely to fail.
Instead, focus on small daily changes and what you can do to improve your health. That’s when the results come.

It took a while but I got it done. I have my primary personal trainer certification, but I wanted to up it and add Nutrition Instructor. Feels good to complete these goals 👏🏼👏🏼
