The biggest and best gymnastics, cheerleading and dance facility in Western New York! It is the only facility with in gym viewing.

Flips Gymnastics is the largest facility and the oldest family gym in WNY. We are the cleanliest gym in WNY. There are separate areas for pre-school, beginners, cheer & teams. We have over twice the equipment of any other gym. There is individual tracking of each gymnast and you have access to your child's coach every week.

Your kid's going to be bouncing off the walls by 3 PM, asking "what are we doing tonight?" for the hundredth time, and you're going to need an answer that doesn't involve a screen.

Here's your move: Open Gym at Flips.

Two hours for kids ages 6-18 to flip on trampolines, conquer the warped wall, dive into foam pits, and burn off every ounce of pent-up energy from the week.

Cheerleaders practice stunts. Dancers work on tumbling. Kids who've never done gymnastics before show up and surprise themselves. No pressure. No structure. Just movement, friends, and fun.
