🎃 The gym gets haunted — Sunday, October 25.

Costume contest. Ninja contest. A haunted room. Trick for a Treat. Open play on the whole floor, and donuts and juice for everybody.

Two hours, ages 4-14, and your kid gets to run a gymnastics floor in a costume — which is a sentence most parents don't get to say.

🎃 Sunday, October 25 · 5:00 – 7:00 PM
👻 Ages 4-14 · $22 per child
🍩 Costumes encouraged
📞 Sign up at the front desk or call 716-433-8811

Picture this: it's Saturday evening, the house is quiet, and your kid is somewhere flipping into a foam pit. 😌

That's Open Gym at Flips. Your kid gets two hours to climb, bounce, swing, and finally try that trick they keep narrating from the couch. We keep watch on the floor, so you get a breather.

No class. No schedule. Just a big, safe place to move, with friends who are doing the same thing.

Don't let another Saturday slip by and send them in ready to play. 🤸

Cocoa still steaming. Chalk still on your hands. That's basically what December feels like around here.

Cocoa Cup is one of the first real tests of the season — the kind of meet where you find out what actually stuck from all those practices. And this year, if you're an adult who's been circling back to the idea of competing again... this is your sign. No pressure, no expectations. Just a floor, a routine, and a room full of people who get it.

Who's ready to find out where they stand?

Thirty years of judges watching every detail, every routine, every athlete who walked onto that floor ready to prove something. This year, it's your turn.

Step up knowing exactly where you stand. Real judges. Real critique sheets after every single event — not vague scores, actual feedback that sharpens you before the rest of the season even starts. This is how champions build their year: early, honest, and relentless.

This is day one of the season you're about to have. Make it count.
