Ultimate Physique Ultimate Physique is a health club in the historic city of Lockport, NY that offers a variety of ways to get in shape.

With plenty of classes & equipment, there is something for everyone! Ultimate Physique’s giant facility at the former Washington Hunt Elementary School means we can offer you more than a traditional fitness facility. We house more than 200 weight machines, offer free weights and have a cardio center. Our Zumba room is colorful and sure to get your spirits up as you dance and burn calories. Our cardio and weight rooms are stocked with new equipment to match our new facility.
