Igoe 2 Yoga Every Pose, Every Practice has a Purpose. Since 2010, our focus & passion has centered solely on providing meaningful yoga to both new & experienced yogis.

A Note to Athletes:

I started the studio in 2010 with the intent of introducing those who are physically active to a style of yoga that would complement their training. Athletes tend to perform repetitive motions that develop some muscle groups while ignoring others and these imbalances can result in injury if not addressed. By taking the body through all three planes of motion, yoga imparts flexibility, balance and total body strength… and that translates into improved athletic form, efficiency and power.

Yogis consistently showing up, whether they’re starting their day or winding it down, sharing their practice, their stories and occasionally a beautiful yellow mum or a bushel of delicious apples for everyone to enjoy 🌼🍎

Yoga studios are so much more than places to work out. They’re places where connection, generosity and community grow every day✨
