✨ Every kitten at the event is available for adoption if you happen to fall in love (and trust us...it happens!). In fact, we've had adoptions from every kitten and puppy yoga event we've hosted.

We'll also be collecting items from the NAWS wish list to help support the incredible work they do rescuing animals in our community.

Last December, we hosted Kitten Yoga with NAWS.

I thought I was showing up to teach yoga.

I wasn't planning to adopt another cat.

Then we met Eleanor Shellstrop (then named Halo) ... better known as Ellie. 🩵

She was tiny, curious, and somehow found her way right into our hearts.

Now I honestly can't imagine our family without her.

Walter is our sweet cuddle bug.

Samwise is our goofy, playful troublemaker.

And Ellie? She's somehow the perfect mix of both. She keeps up with Sam's silliness, curls up with Walter for naps, and brought a balance to our home that we didn't even know we were missing.

One of my favorite parts about hosting Kitten Yoga isn't just the yoga or even all the adorable kitten cuddles.

It's watching these little stories begin.

At every Kitten Yoga and Puppy Yoga event we've hosted, at least one animal has found their forever home.

Maybe this Saturday another family will meet the pet they didn't know they were missing.

Maybe that family is yours.

Sometimes the fastest way to feel a little calmer isn't doing more—it's creating a little more space.

Today's 3-minute reset:

✨ Put your phone on Do Not Disturb for 15 minutes.
✨ Clear one surface.

Small actions. Big shift.

Living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome can feel incredibly isolating at times.

Sometimes it helps just to be in a room with people who *get it*—the appointments, the flare-ups, the constant adjustments, the grief, the resilience, and all the little victories that often go unseen.

This Sunday, Erin from Phoenix Rising and I are hosting an **EDS Support Circle** at The Teal Yogi in Lockport.

This is a peer-support gathering designed to bring together individuals living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome in a calm, welcoming space where we can connect, share experiences, exchange resources, and support one another.

One thing I'm especially excited about is that we'll be focusing not only on the challenges of EDS, but also on what's working. What helps during flare-ups? What tools, habits, treatments, mindsets, or accommodations have made a difference? What wins—big or small—are worth celebrating?
