Short Street Bocce Club

Short Street Bocce Club We have over 150 members in our club, men and women, and we are still growing. We have all kinds of players, from recreational to competitive.

We have league play every Monday-Thursday (Mens, Ladies, and Couples leagues), and open courts Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We run our leagues in 3 different seasons: Jan-Apr, May-Sep, and Oct-Dec, so we are playing year-round in our all-weather facility. We host tournaments regularly, with formats of Singles, 2-Man, Co-Ed Doubles, and Co-Ed 4-Person. Tournament info will be posted here as well a

If you're new to the game, come on out on league night and see what it's all about. We think it's the best game you've never played! Team rosters so far for LOCKPORT SHOOTOUT on May 4-5.

For anyone on a team listed, please contact Michael Saraf to complete your roster or to make any changes.

We are expecting to get another 10+ teams in the coming weeks.

Attention WINTER BOCCE enthusiasts!

Lockport Bocce Club is running a 4-Person OPEN LEAGUE, which will start the week of January 15 and go through April.

Sign up sheet will be posted at the club today, Saturday December 1.

We want to get at least 16 teams signed up, as we have had for past Winter League seasons.

Your entry fee options are:

1) $40 per player, for the Winter season.

2) $130 per player, for the entire 2024 year. This one-time payment gets you into all Winter, Summer and Fall leagues, except for “cash entry leagues” (Singles and Doubles, as examples). If you intend to play in Winter, Summer and Fall leagues, the $130 payment represents an approximate $50 savings.

On the eve of THE Ryder Cup of bocce, we want to wish both teams the best of luck in their pursuit of the trophy that we all know and love, PLUS a whole year’s worth of bragging rights!

Lockport Bocce Club hosts our friends from Holley Bocce Club for a 28 game match to determine the 2023/2024 winner. The fun starts at 9:00 am tomorrow (Saturday) at Short Street Patio Bar.

Come on out and see the spectacle for yourself - all are welcome!
