There is just something about a donkey I love. They can have the kindest souls, but yet cow kick you from a mile away. This little one just wanted some extra lovings while I was working on her pasture mates!
This is completely off subject, but do you ever think about your dream job? I couldn’t imagine not being a vet and wellness mentor. I mean, who would love playing with mini donkeys all day and watching women change their lives around?! Leave out the 8 years of school and student loan debt and the vet part may be more on the perfect side! However, I’m still in shock that I pull an income In by working from my phone and I only invested $160 bucks in my business.
Talk about money well spent. And to think I just thought I was wanting to get back to me, but boy oh boy did that change. So anywho, back to this cute little donk... isn’t she adorable?🥰

It’s not just a front door, it’s our front door.🤩
It’s not finished, but it’s installed! We still have to stain it and get door handles and locks. It’s amazing how far this house has come along, even during a pandemic.
It’s been a long, slow and HARD process, but in the end, it’s been worth every tear, blood and sweat drop. We are ready to get out of the RV and move into this beauty shortly. Fingers crossed our final door will be installed next week and floors go in at the end of the month.❤️

Rumor has it that if you stick to something long enough, you may like it!🤭
It’s funny looking back at the picture on the right. Want to know why? I was so disgusted standing in that living room. I mean utter DISGUST! And the picture on the left, lord knows that is one happy gal!
I remember sitting in the living room on the right in early November. It was about to be layered clothes season and we all know that hides imperfections very well. BUT, I wasn’t ready to size up. I mean, I can’t even fill an A cup up, so that could use some sizing up 🤪
I was sitting on the living room floor frustrated. I was just irritated. One of those days where nothing seems to go right. I had just completed a youtube workouts and felt like I got from point A to B and only to be back at A. I NEEDED HELP.
I texted my one and only that had invited me numerous times to accountability groups, it I was too good for that I guess... NOT. I needed structure, I needed routine, I needed support, I NEEDED THIS!
I didn’t have time or enough guts to drop my kids off to be entertained while I selfishly worked on myself. (Ha, that’s funny right ?) I needed a trainer to come to my living room and tell me exactly what to do, all the while the kids playing beside me. I needed this thing called, home workouts.
Isn’t it silly tho that if you are consistent, you may end up liking it.... well, I got that ball out of the park because it’s an addiction now. I love my health, but most importantly I love my girls. We are one HECK OF A STRONG COMMUNITY. We come from all backgrounds and multiple states. We are all CEOs of our own businesses and we are thriving my friends.🤸🏽‍♂️
Don’t fret about another invite, just remember, that person thinks highly of you and knows deep down that you are meant for this girl gang. You are meant for this community. You are meant to run your own business and run it like a BOSS💃🏽

Roots. Find your roots of people. Those are the friends that will hold you up in life. These friends are hard to find. They don’t like to be in the public eye. They thrive on helping you live a healthy lifestyle and be the strong person that you are.
Then you have the branch people. You have to be careful with these friends. They are strong friends, but easily a strong can break them away. You have to be careful with how much weight you put on them. Don’t be careless with the branches, you may get hurt.
And lastly, you have your leaves. They are beautiful for the season. They are what you need. They cover your back only to be blown away with the slightest change. Don’t trust your leaves. They are not there to stay. But enjoy the company while it lasts.
Find your roots. Hold them tight. If you are thriving, they are thriving.

Find your squad and RUN!🏃‍♀️
You may not care, but I just got done chatting with some amazing veterinarians also known as “coaches”... in my unfinished remodel! I know you may be thinking, “well they are doctors, they don’t need second jobs”. Well let me tell you a secret.🤫
We aren’t rich and we have a crap ton of 100S (notice the S) of thousands of dollars in debt. AND we find joy in changing lives. We love when our animal cases are a success, so it’s instinct to love watching humans succeed and find themselves again! And another little secret, we get burned out. It’s not easy being a vet, especially when clients don’t feel the need to pay for services.🥴
So this little side hustle that is becoming a full time thing, is such a relief to us. We love watching the smiles, the tears of joy and the excitement. We love helping you find that part of you that you lost. We don’t do this for the money, just like we aren’t vets because we think we will be rich.🤦🏽‍♀️
We are ready to lock arms with you. We want to teach you what we know! We want to watch you grow into a successful CEO of your own team! We want to shout you out for ever accomplishment! We want to cheers the day you fire your boss. We want to watch your transform into a successful business woman! We want to go on trips with you and hang out without a care in the world. We are ready for you... now are you ready for us?

All the feels. And I mean every emotion.
I have been thru them all this year. And a lot of my problems are small compared to others. But it’s been one heck of a year.
To see this house come together after being “homeless” for a year is surreal. To know that we have an end date soon is unbelievable. Makes me teary eyed thinking about this journey. And it wasn’t easy.
Living small is not for me. I don’t have the patience for it when I have two little, busy kids. Don’t get me wrong tho, we have made some amazing memories, but mama needs her alone time.
That’s where this little passion comes into play. Fitness has always been a way of life, but I was sort of lost after I had Kerrigan. My knees are shot and pushing a double stroller was just not fun. So I reached out. I reached out to the one that knew I needed her. I needed her. That is right. So here we are today, both running thriving businesses all the while focusing on ourselves, each other and our clients. Thank you . Sincerely. You opened the door that will never shut. This journey has kept me sane through this last year. It has been my out. It has been my peace. It has been my joy.
Not sure where this is going, but just know that focusing on yourself can change your entire outlook. It may not be what you are looking for, but it may be what you need.

The good ol’ days of just being able to sleep where ever your little heart desires❤️
This baby girl had a LONG day and finally crashed... Surprising because the most inexperienced driver was playing boat captain(🙈).
Sunday’s spent on the lake relaxing are one of my favorite past times. I mean, who doesn’t love lounging around when you know you have 1,000 things to do at home, but stranded by water.🏄🏽‍♀️
Don’t regret your decision to relax! It’s ok to take a break from life and enjoy friends and family. We do it every chance we get on the weekends!🌴

Over here making lemonade 🍋
There is a lot I could be pouting about, but where will that get me? No where! Life is not always prickly like a cactus!🌵
2020 has been a weird year for everyone I assume. With all that is happening in the world and on top of that, we were still “homeless” beginning of the year. But things are slowly getting back to normal in our little neck of the woods after numerous set backs. But after several pity parties that I hosted and cohosted, I realized that life’s too short, just make the dang lemonade with that you have!
2020 has also brought its very own highlight tape! Lets take a walk down this little memory lane.🌺
Russell and I both have essential jobs, we stayed afloat during a pandemic. We have poultry houses and we all know that the chickens can’t collect their own eggs and we are grateful we were able to keep our employees. My veterinary business was still kicking and not just with emergencies. I still got to see my patients for routine care. With the help of family, we are near the end of our 1970s complete demo and remodel.🙌🏼 Our two kids have made do and have had LOTS of truck time due to schools being closed during the uncertain times.
I can’t forget to mention my amazing coaching business. Our team expansion is unbelievable in the last 6 months. We have leaders shining and it’s amazing to think that this little business started because I wanted to be “me” again. I never knew that working out in my living room, postpartum, would now be my job, helping other women find their “me” again!
And certainly not last, but something that is in the spotlight, we are EXPANDING our farming.🌱
Still on the farming reel, let me explain. I am so proud of Russell for taking this leap. He has always had this vision, and it is so rewarding watching it play out! When he said let’s go to Missouri and buy a tractor at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, I didn’t hesitate to jump in the truck. We had the absolute best road trip and thanks to Meme, the kids didn’t have to endure that 1500 mile round excursion.
I can’t wait to see where the rest of 2020 takes us. It’s been a heck of a ride!

It’s a hot doozy out, but hey, we got goals to tackle.😅
By goals, I also mean being a positive role model to the ones that look up to you. The kids are stuck with mama while daddy is in the hay field.
On the to do list today- drink coffee, work, sweat, meetings about house projects, pony work, aka vet work, and then play time.
If I can tell you one thing that sticks, go for a walk. It doesn’t have to be a mile like we did, pushing this loud car, but just what you are capable of. Be healthy for your spouse, your significant other, your loved ones and most of all your kids. Show them that it’s ok to sweat and struggle. It’s ok to do what you don’t want to do to get the results you wish for.

Be the girl that decided to go for it!
Friday’s are like the weeks holiday. It’s just something about a Friday that puts me in a better mood... or used to. Now Monday’s can feel like Friday’s if I want it to (that is if no ponies decide to find ways to make other arrangements)!
I used to dread Sunday’s because Sunday meant that was the last day of the weekend. Now, I love everything about Sunday’s. And listen to this, dad retired and now his week goes as follows, everyday is Saturday except Sunday. Sunday is the Lords day. And now I get it.

I may be a little overly excited🤩
Just got word that our final three exterior doors have been delivered!
For those that are new here, we sold our first home a year ago and have been tiny living! We bought a 1970s, good b***d house that we renovated. (Check our my highlights). Well we have been on standstill since covid and we bought the house at the beginning of it! So, I’m over here getting a little anxious!
I don’t know what type of place I would be in without my workouts and girl gang. This has been such a hard year, but so worth it. There have been lots of lows and many more highs.
