Excellent performances this past Saturday at Delta Fighting Championship by Fight School athletes! Coach Chris Crosby defended his middleweight belt with another first round submission, and Darien Diesel finished his opponent by 3rd round TKO! We had one athlete compete in a grappling match, which ended in a draw. Solid performances by all of our fighters, we a proud of all of them. Come train with us!

This one is particularly special to us because Alex came to us shortly after we opened 1.5 years ago with zero experience, and in that short time has developed the skills to be an MMA Champion for a well respected promotion. Our coaches will always lead from the front. We will never ask our students to do anything we won’t do ourselves. Congratulations to our Jiu Jitsu coach Chris Crosby and our Women’s/Kids coach Sofia for their recent wins inside the cage! Both finished their fights inside the first round by submission.
