Track and field student athletes have been busy in the classroom and out preparing for their events. Here’s a few fun ones from the last few meets and a little fun at practice while ending a first week of EOC’s. Please pray for these student athletes as they complete their last week of exams and for their continued growth with track and field.

And we’re back. First two Cookeville meets in the books. Getting stronger and getting our mindset in tact. We had some PR’s in both meets. Next meet is at York Tuesday 4/1.

Cookeville meet #4 in the books. A few highlights from last night.. Seth Smith 1st place 🥇 discus, also 2nd place 🥈 in 300m hurdles. Our girls 4x800m relay team earned 3rd place 🥉 Aylet Aparicio, Jessica Savage, Charlotte Livermore, and Rebecca Ledbetter. Taryn Childers ended the night with 3rd place 🥉 in the 200m and 400m. Keep it up LA track and field.

We had a great showing taking 3rd place out of 10 schools in attendance at Lenoir High School.
Highlights: Seth Smith had a new personal record PR in the discus with 124 which is a new record at LA. Way to go Seth!! Check out our pics
