Speciali Fishing has become more of my life as I get older.

They say you get more like yourself as you age, it might be true. I guided in the past in the river below the dam in the summers from 1978 to 1997. Then I bought The Mighty Red-Fin in 2000 with the express purpose of learning how to fish the south end of the lake for white/striped bass mainly. I retired from my day job in 2008 and started guiding full time soon after. I feel very lucky indeed to d

The bulkhead bite continues with a bullet.
The catfish are stuffing themselves until about 8:30.More white bass showing up, they will be fire soon,maybe tomorrow!

Three of us fished from 7:00 to 9:30 and stopped when the cooler was full.

I went scouting for drift fishing bluecats today and fishing was very good in 25’ fow. Big fish was 15 # and lots of three pound fish.
Book a trip soon and catch some catfish the fun way!

It was an excellent summer for white bass fishing and lately we have been catching crappie.
And a few our customers have done a little gar and catfishing and have caught some big ones.
Catfish drifting time is here and after a couple of scouting trips we should be ready to book trips.
