Want to know a little secret to why so many of my most successful clients constantly are shocked by their results?
They're constantly telling me they're surprised because they don't really feel like they're doing anything drastic...

If we're not doing this it's probably the reason why...
You're still not down that 30lbs you've been working for in the last year.
You probably are yo-yoing your fitness every few months. Gaining and losing the same 10-20lbs?
You ready for it?
We get a little obsessive. 😈
But not necessarily about the end goal. That’s issue for some people when getting a little obsessive over their fitness.
And you might be thinking, haven’t I talked all the time in the past about goal setting?
Yeah of course. It’s so important to goal set. You need direction.
But what we obsess about, is getting really good, even great at your daily habits & what I tell my clients to focus on - your “Things to Do” checklist.
So here’s the issue with focusing only on your end goal - 2 things...
You either end up getting discouraged because you’re not there in 2 weeks and you say F*** it. 🤷🏻♂️ or you get there and now what’s keeping you going?
Seriously though, it’s okay if you haven’t hit your goal in 10 days.
When we’re focusing on your habits, obsessing over the processes & journey instead of the goal...
Those habits start becoming second nature. And that’s where the beauty happens & we create a lifestyle.
I’m not interested in just helping people drop 20, 30, 40, or even 100lbs (which we absolutely have at TSD) & watch them put it all back on.
I want to help someone create a lifestyle and keep that ish off.
