Our BIGGEST one yet, thanks to the BEST community. 🥋📚✏️❤️

This year, our Excel family showed up like never before. We hit a record high for our annual school supply drive, collecting more supplies than any year before for the students of the Dionne Warwick Institute!

Watching this drive grow year after year is something really special. Every backpack, notebook, pencil and supply donated is a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to take care of its own.

Thank you to every Excel family who donated, shared and helped make this our most successful drive yet. This is what we mean when we say Excel is more than martial arts. It’s a family. ❤️🥋

Brick oven pizza, our Excel families all together, nonstop laughs, and our students getting the ultimate raffle prize… pieing their Black Belts & Sensei right in the face. 😂🥧

We train hard on the mats, but days like this are what make Excel special. The friendships, the families, the fun, and the memories we get to make together.

In 2024, Madison said, “I want to be a Black Belt.”

This weekend, she stood in front of everyone and earned it.

If you were in the room during her test, you know. You saw the moments when she was exhausted. You saw the challenges she had to overcome. You saw how hard she had to fight for every step forward.

And that’s what made it so special.

From “I want to be a Black Belt” to “I am a Black Belt.”
