Our BEST Parent Orientation yet! 🥋👏

We loved welcoming our Excel families, answering questions, and getting everyone ready for an incredible back-to-school season. Strong students start with strong support and we’re so grateful to have the best parents in our corner! 💙

Happy Birthday to our one and only Deshi Yasmine! 💕🥳

She holds her own, kicks butt, and somehow makes it all look easy.

A new face has joined the Excel family! 👀

Meet Mr. Prateek! He’s bringing some serious rhythm, energy and a few surprises of his own to the mats. 🎸 We’ll let you get to know the rest!

Be sure to give him a big Excel welcome when you see him around the school! 💙

Our BIGGEST one yet, thanks to the BEST community. 🥋📚✏️❤️

This year, our Excel family showed up like never before. We hit a record high for our annual school supply drive, collecting more supplies than any year before for the students of the Dionne Warwick Institute!

Watching this drive grow year after year is something really special. Every backpack, notebook, pencil and supply donated is a reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to take care of its own.

Thank you to every Excel family who donated, shared and helped make this our most successful drive yet. This is what we mean when we say Excel is more than martial arts. It’s a family. ❤️🥋

And because we KNOW this was everyone’s favorite moment… 😂🥧

One bonus pieing that just HAD to happen — Sensei got pied. 😂

But we couldn’t let Shimon get away with it THAT easily… so Mrs. Sensei handled the payback. 😂🥧

Consider the score officially settled. 🤝😂

There’s community… and then there’s the Excel community. 💙🔥

Brick oven pizza, our Excel families all together, nonstop laughs, and our students getting the ultimate raffle prize… pieing their Black Belts & Sensei right in the face. 😂🥧

We train hard on the mats, but days like this are what make Excel special. The friendships, the families, the fun, and the memories we get to make together.

A HUGE thank you to Coney Island Wood Fired Pizza , Dairy Queen Livingston NJ Miga sushi Goldfish - Livingston for helping us make the day extra special and to every family who came out and brought the energy! 🍕🍦🍣

We say it all the time, but we mean it, we are so incredibly lucky to have the community we do.

Happy Father’s Day to all the amazing dads, grandfathers, and father figures in the Excel family.

And a special Happy Father’s Day to Sensei Hany on his very first Father’s Day. We’ve always known him as an incredible teacher and mentor, but seeing him become a dad has been something truly special.
