Family Business
We are a mother-daughter team! For a few years now, we have had a dream of opening our own fitness center. Doors were shut time and time again, and now, not only has a door opened, but a giant garage door! Literally and figuratively ;)
Sally is, and always has been, an avid runner. She has been physically fit her entire life, and in the last few years has fallen in love with the functional training side of fitness. Sadie struggled with fitness and health for a number of years, but finally found the right “fit” and changed her whole lifestyle. Functional training is her passion; something new every day!
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, friendly environment for you to workout in. With our knowledge, skills, passion, and top of the line equipment, we will add another great gym option to Livingston!
Equipped with plenty of options for cardio, weights, functional training, and more, our space has something for everyone. We are excited to offer classes of all varieties, as well as weekly posted workouts for anyone who doesn’t know what to do at a gym!
