The nerve block is done, now itās time to get to work!
Current protocolā¦
- CPM 3x daily, 2hrs each, increase 5* daily
- Ice whenever possible
- Exercises every hour (except when on CPM)
I can officially shower now too!
There werenāt any openings for PT this week, so Iāll start therapy in June. For now Iāll be doing everything I can to get things going from home!
