Reformer Strength is now on the schedule! Reformer strength is a 45 minute intermediate class for those who want to bring pilates to the next level. Clients should be comfortable with bridging, planking, along with kneeling and standing on the reformer. We will use weights and props to incorporate more strength movements along with reformer and pilates exercises. Flow and transitions are a bit quicker. Ideally this is not the class to take with injuries.
