Hello Livermore Parents! ⚽
Did you know some of the greatest players in the world, like Mia Hamm, Dennis Bergkamp, and Dimitar Berbatov, all started mastering their touch with one simple habit?
👉 Kicking a ball against a wall.
It’s free, simple, and one of the best ways to build your child’s control, coordination, and confidence.
Here’s how to do it:
1️⃣ Kick the ball against a wall using the inside of the foot. Switch feet after every kick.
2️⃣ Try again using the front upper part of the foot.
3️⃣ Stay close to the wall and aim for the same spot each time.
🎯 Goal: 20 clean passes in a row.
Start slow, stop the ball after each kick, and build rhythm as they get comfortable.
Just 5 minutes a day can make a big difference.
Ready to see your child’s confidence grow on the field?
