So, here I am in the beautiful state of North Carolina. Needed a workout... Only 89 degrees... and 77% humidity! Made it 2/3 of my normal workout and called it. Dang. Try again tomorrow.

I was giving a lesson to a local student the other day and she commented how happy and excited and enthusiastic I seemed to be. That got me thinking... When work gets me down, a good workout lets me leave it all at the door and pick up what I have to on the way out. I can't remember the last time I picked up ANYTHING on my way out the door. I get the same feeling giving or getting a lesson. Huh, I guess human interaction is important...
