Lucas Lott is putting on our Summer Kids Fitness program again!!!!!
Get your kids out of the house for a couple of hours a week for some FUN Fitness! We will help wear them out for you 😉. Small group classes are led by an amazing coach who is very knowledgeable, enjoys fitness, and is a big kid himself!
Who:
Children ages 7(ish)- 12(ish)
When:
Starting June 3rd until July 31st on Tuesday and Thursday every week from 3:30pm to 4:15pm.
Price:
$10 per child per class (includes bottled water)

"Murph" is a CrossFit Hero workout that stands as a testament to the enduring legacy of U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, who died heroically in the line of duty in Afghanistan on June 28, 2005.
It is a challenging workout we do yearly and it requires grit and mental strength to honor the Fallen on this day of remembrance and gratitude for our Freedom.
