Austin chose Linguini, Vermicelli & Angel Hair pasta, no plain Jane Spaghetti here. So I turned him loose, set back & supervised. He's turning out to be a gr eww at little chef. Only a few pointers here & there. He did a great job & it was outstanding.

Chicken Alfredo with garlic & mushrooms over Penne pasta.
Alfredo was scratch made, no jar sauce here. Used my big Lodge cast iron skillet instead of the Matador pan. Turned out fabulous. The 17" skillet fit perfectly on the Matador base.
