Farewell WHC

This post is hard to make and we keep trying to find the words. As of August 1, 2024 we will be closing our doors.

We created this space 8 years ago from an idea we had sitting on our couch late one night. This space has allowed us to meet so many amazing people, hire some of the best trainers and it filled us with so much joy.

We want to thank every single friend, family member, trainer and small business connections we have made over the years for being a part of something special.

A big thank you to Elizabeth Acosta for being the best manager. This place would not be what it was without you 💕

Congrats to these amazing humans John, Crystal and Cannon. We had our annual summer challenge here at Whole Health Club and these 3 kept the competition so close! The goal was to attend as many WHC classes as you could in the month of June.They were competitive, friendly, worked hard and kept the challenge FUN! John came to 47 classes, Crystal was a close second with 40 and Cannon crushed it with 36! This is incredible and there is never anything wrong with a healthy competition…it’s not for everyone but it was for these 3!

We are so proud of you all!

Happy June!!! Another new month means another new challenge! We want to thank all of our members who are participating in our attendance challenge! All you have to do is come to class, complete the class and put your star sticker on the board! Every class counts! At the end of the month we will announce the top 3 winners for a cash prize and top 10 will get some WHC swag!

Coconut Crusted Tempeh w/ Sweet Chili Sauce
C.C.T.
• 1 pk tempeh (or sub for extra firm tofu)
◦ ¼ cup liquid aminos
◦ ¼ cup coconut sugar
• 1 lime (juiced)
• 3 tbsp cold water
◦ 2 tbsp coconut flour
◦ 2 tbsp cornstarch
• 2 tsp fresh ginger (peeled & grated)
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• ¾ cup shredded coconut (unsweetened)
Sweet Chili Sauce
• ½ can full fat coconut milk
◦ 2 tbsp pineapple juice
◦ 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp chili garlic sauce (or more)
Serve with
• baby bok choy
• pienapple slices
• panda seeds (garnish)
• green onions
• jasmine coconut rice
◦ 2 cups long grain jasmine rice
◦ 1 can full fat coconut milk
◦ 1½ cup water
◦ 1 tsp
garlic salt
maple syrup

Meet Dorie! She came in for her birthday workout, upped her weight in all of her lifts and saw the eclipse all in one day. Oh and she turned 69/made the leader board. That’s what we call a super woman! We are honored to have you in the WHC fam 💪🏽💕
