Welcome our new instructor, Gracie!

Exercise and movement have always been a huge part of my life! Growing up, I played just about every sport my school offered and also did gymnastics at a local gym. Around four years ago, I started taking Mat Pilates classes and completely fell in love with it, which eventually led me to become an instructor so I could help others experience how amazing Pilates can be. I teach both Mat and Reformer classes, and helping people get moving, build confidence, and feel strong in their bodies is something I’m incredibly passionate about. When I’m not teaching Pilates, you’ll usually find me hiking, paddle boarding, reading, or taking Pilates classes myself!

Last week, members of the YMCA of Metro Denver team joined hundreds of business and community leaders to celebrate the 2026 Colorado Titan 100 honorees.
The evening brought together an inspiring group of leaders whose innovation, vision, and commitment to making a difference are helping shape the future of Colorado. It was a memorable celebration of leadership, impact, and community.
We were honored to celebrate alongside our President & CEO, Breezy Bolden, and the incredible Titan 100 Class of 2026. Congratulations to all of this year's honorees on this well-deserved recognition and the positive impact you continue to make across our state.
