Ladies, mark your calendars! April 5 we are hosting our annual wellness event. We will have a bunch of women practitioners and vendors here to answer any questions, provide swag and guidance and raffling off free services/products.

6 years ago as a new, first time mom, I took a leap of faith and started Vitality. We've had some ups, downs, turnovers, and a pandemic but we have thrived! So grateful my dream turned to a successful reality and we've been able to strengthen and positively impact so many amazing people over the years. I'm so thankful for my amazing team of trainers and I thank you all for your support in whatever capacity. I could not have done this without you. I am so excited to see what this new year brings!

Get ready for our OctaStrong 5K! It’s in 3 weeks - September 21 at 7:30 at the Amphitheater at Clement Park.

Our OctaStrong is a 5K with a twist. We will run/walk/jog/skip (whatever you want) around Clement Park 2x, stopping at 4 different exercise stations along the way (8 different exercises in total) Our fabulous trainers will give you the exercise you should do at each station, providing modifications when needed.

We ask that you support us by signing up and sharing it with your friends, neighbors, and family! The more the merrier!

Kids 13 and under are FREE.

As moms we have to give up a lot of ourselves to take care of our kids, the house, work, etc. We know it's hard to find time to take care of ourselves. That's why we are offering 2 weeks of our Women's class for FREE!

This class is geared towards women- at whatever stage of life.

💪Pregnant or postpartum? We got you covered with safe modifications you can feel good and still feel like you got a good workout.
💪Going through menopause? We understand that stage in life and can guide you through exercises that should help with your hormone changes.
💪Injured or have pain? We offer modifications for whatever you have going on.
💪Just want to workout? Join our community of wonderful ladies, get your sweat on, complain about the exercises with other ladies in the same situation as you.
