For those newer to my page, I just moved from NYC out to LA and offer a wide variety of options to train with me:
1) One-on-one in person training, I’ll be based out of in West Hollywood. It’s an AMAZING new space opening soon with top of the line equipment and recovery services. I also do private/in-home training if you have the space, depends on your location!
2) One-on-one virtual training through FaceTime or Zoom. Same standards, same workouts, same accountability as in person. Thanks to COVID, we’ve realized it’s actually sometimes more convenient to train this way.
3) Group training through my app called Body & Bell. I’m partnered with another amazing coach, and each week we program six workouts designed to improve strength, cardiovascular endurance and kettlebell skill development. We walk you through the entire workout with video demonstration and audio cues. It’s as close as you can get to an in-person session through your phone. You can try it FREE for a week and make sure it’s a good fit!
