This one week training camp is designed for the Elite Hockey Player who wants the edge against his opponent. The camp is a vigorous routine of specially designed on and off ice workouts focusing primarily on strength and high level training to best prepare each athlete to have the edge when attending tryouts and subsequently playing for the teams they commit to. At the camps conclusion you will ha

ve become better conditioned and your skills will be fine tuned to give you an upper hand come later in August and September.
