A while back... just a week before the world was placed into quarantine in fact...

Welp, it’s been 6 months since I posted that 👀
Can you even believe that it has been 6 months since shut everything down already??
Crazy, right?
& I know literally all of us did not anticipate these last 6 months. Full of a roller coaster of emotions & unknowns.
But I wanted to bring this concept back around, because I know that it can bring some positive things back into your life!
So now I ask, what is something that you wish you would have started 6 months ago??
& I can guarantee that 6 months from now, you will be glad you did!

One thing that we were able to get done this was go through ALL of our storage at the house... 20 years worth 😱
We have boxes on boxes that we are going to be able to donate to people in need!
We also found a small desk that we have kept packed away that fit perfectly in my room 😁
So from now on you can find me here, snacking, feet up & watching various podcasts on 🤗

At the beginning of this shut down, we had just launched our newly branded & built out fitness studio... just two months prior.
I was lost, I was frustrated, I was anxious & I was stressed tf out.
& I realized that I needed to figure something out because I couldn’t keep living in that way
I dug deeper into my faith. I surrendered the things that I had no control over & started focusing on what I could control.
•I can control how I react to situations.
•I can control how I show up for my new online fitness community at
•I can control how I take care of myself to relieve stress in this stressful time.
•I can control spending quality time with my loved ones
Within this stressful time I found a new passion that eliminates that stress & anxiety within me...
PLANTS 🌱 🌿
I love watching them grow & being able to take care of them as silly as it sounds 😂 I can’t wait to wake up in the morning to see if anything sprouted overnight lol
Although this crazy time isn’t over yet, I know I can make it through and I know that you can make it through as well!

Quarantine got me spending wayyyy too much time browsing Pinterest🤣
I stumbled across some mug cake recipes & put together my own with what I had in my kitchen & it was bomb!

This was just the right serving size to help curb my craving for sweets the other night 😋 It was delishhh

Cassava flour is a vegan/paleo flour that you can replace with all purpose flour if needed & play around to make your own mug cake!
I believe in living a balanced life & that means goodies every once in while ☺️
