Most golfers are practicing the wrong way.

If you’re just hitting ball after ball with no structure, you’re not training your game… you’re just getting reps in.

Here’s how to actually improve 👇

1️⃣ Block Practice (Learn)
Dial in one priority. Same club. Same target. Same feel.
Build a repeatable motion before you move on.

2️⃣ Random Practice (Perform)
Now make it real.
Change clubs. Change yardages. Pick a new target every shot.
Train like you play.

3️⃣ Pressure Practice (Compete)
Add consequences.
Set goals. Miss = restart.
This is where improvement actually sticks.

🎯 Approach: 3/5 quality shots
🚀 Driver: 3 in a row between targets

Most players skip this step… and it’s why their range game doesn’t transfer.

Block = Learn
Random = Perform
Pressure = Compete

A huge shoutout to our members for making our Ryder Cup event one to remember! 🙌
It was packed with spirited banter, clutch shots, and plenty of laughs as everyone battled it out. Nearly every match came down to the wire, but in the end, Team Europe walked away with the win! 🏆🇪🇺

Here’s a simple three-ball sequence to clean up your swing and improve compression.

1️⃣ Feet Together Half-Swing — focus on keeping the hands ahead and dragging the handle through to a low-left finish, maintaining angle at impact. 2️⃣ Normal Base — same feel, but now add a full chest turn for more rotation. 3️⃣ Full to Half — take it to the top, then control the finish with a half-swing, training body rotation over hand throw.
This drill helps you sequence the swing properly and hold your angles, instead of throwing the hands and flipping through impact.

Flighted Setup Made Simple

Train the Flighted Setup Without a Ball
Before you start ripping shots in a flighted setup, grab a piece of tape or a towel and get used to the new ball position just back of center.
The goal: brush the ground in front while holding your angle. If you flip your wrists, you’ll clip the tape or drag the towel - and that’s your feedback.
Work on three-quarter swings first to build the feel of covering the ball with a controlled, abbreviated motion. Once you’ve got it, then move to full shots.
