Welcome to Scrap Pack Striking where we bring the striking lessons to you! Ever wanted to learn how to throw punches & kicks, correctly of course? Or ever wanted to try out a kickboxing class but never took the leap? Or maybe you’re just looking for a change up in your workouts and/or wanting to add some fun cardio?

I’m here to make the experience less intimating, and even more comfortable by brining the lessons to you. I’m a 10+ year combat sports vet, over 16 fights and more hours on the mats than I can count.
