This is our freshly cut long range facility. More work is planned to make our long range one of the best in the region. Our long range facility has targets ranging from 300 - 1,100 yards.

Firearm education and instruction is paramount for new shooters. Teaching young people and offering an actual “hands on experience ” by caring professionals, is priceless.

On September 15th, Littleton Troop 209 was offered the opportunity to shoot a few rounds of trap and s***t with the help of Mac Cashin, Franconia Chief of Police, at the Alder Brook Sportsmen’s Association but only after a gun safety class was given, also by Mac. Mac is the manager of STS (Specialized Training Solutions) and comes with more training skills than you can imagine. His concern for safety is first and foremost, especially with kids.

Ed Latacz, our Trap Committee Chairman, was a tremendous help as well with the Scouts! Eric Larson (Private Instructor) as well as numerous troop parents assisted as well. Thanks to all, but especially to Mac, for organizing and offering such a wonderful event and to Ed for donating his time and expertise!
