The greatest kids instructors aren’t always the greatest champions. They’re the ones who understand children. ❤️

Teaching a 4-year-old how to perform an Osoto Gari isn’t about demonstrating flawless technique. It’s about earning trust, speaking their language, celebrating tiny victories, and making every lesson feel like an adventure.

That kind of teaching can’t be learned from a medal.

Professor Marcos knows this because long before opening an academy, he was simply a father on the mats, teaching his own son when he was only 4 years old. Those years of learning, making mistakes, encouraging, and watching a child grow through Jiu-Jitsu became one of the most valuable parts of his journey as an instructor.
