Finished her last day with a bang as we worked in deeper water & added some distance! We’ve taken quite a few 🤳 over the course of the summer. And each time she’s taken an additional step out of her comfort zone to build confidence. She’s just part of the fam at this point! Appreciate you my friend and phenomenal job this summer 👏🏻💦

So much progress this summer from this woman. She’s been a faithful swim student and we did things a little differently this morning with a bigger pool. She now has the confidence to do big things in the water!

Parents, here’s a little swim lesson secret… 🤫

One of the biggest “aha!” moments in learning to swim is getting comfortable putting your face in the water. Once that happens, everything starts to click! Body position improves, swimming gets easier, and confidence grows with every lap.

We know it’s tempting to pinch that nose or reach for goggles with a nose cover (we’ve all been there! 😄), but learning to blow bubbles and trust the water is a skill that pays off for a lifetime.

Proud of Ben for building new confidence! 👏🏻 Every strong swimmer started with one bubble at a time. 🐠💙🏊
