Please reach out with any questions.

Ranch trail exhibitors - please bring a rope with you. It can be tied to your saddle OR you can place it on the post before you begin your run. 1 attempt at the roping dummy. Please retrieve your rope after completing the pattern if you are placing it on the post.

Walk-halt trail exhibitors - please ask the judge/steward to open the gate for you prior to your run.

4:15-5:15pm English and Western Pleasure (will split seats if interest warrants)

$30 per participant.
Roughly 6 participants per group.

We have a bedding delivery lined up for the June show!!!

⚡️It will be bagged bulk bedding. Roughly 80lbs of bedding per bag. (I was told 4 bags should fill the stall well, 5 if you want some extra cushion)
⚡️$6.50/bag delivered to your stalls.
⚡️Deadline to order is Sunday June 21st.
⚡️Orders will be placed through Rachael Martin and will need to be prepaid or added directly to your show bill. Bedding orders will be non-refundable after the order is placed.
⚡️If you’re ordering for a group, please tell me how many to place on which show bill/who is paying for them unless you’re paying for the whole order yourself!

Don’t forget about our game show at Double "S" Arena this year!!!

July 11th! Start time 11am!

These points will count toward year end awards! We will also be doing our usual Grand/Reserve awards for all 6 divisions there.

For any of you that haven’t been there, they have a great little food booth and an awesome facility.

Pre-entries are due tomorrow (June 12)!!! We still have some stalls available, but reservations are steadily rolling in. So get those stall counts sent to me!

⚡️EMHSS Versatility - don’t forget to get signed up⚡️
W/T - class 144
Open - class 145

🔹Saturday September 12th, immediately following regularly scheduled classes. (Very short break to get timers set and allow exhibitors to prep)

🔹Order of classes will be: Hunter Under Saddle, Western/Ranch Pleasure, Pole Bending. Pole bending will serve as the tie breaker in the event of any ties.

🔹$20 to enter. Please write class #144 or #145 on the entry form. Entries for this class WILL CLOSE on Saturday by 4pm so we can figure payouts and do a random draw order for poles.

🔹Tack change from HUS to Western will happen IN the arena. You can have 2 crew members, 3 minutes to change.

🔹We will place 1st-6th in each of the 3 classes with ribbons (HUS, WP, Poles). 1st-6th in overall placings will receive neck ribbons.

🔹Payouts will be 70% of entries paid out to 1st-4th place overall winners.

🔹Grand and Reserve in each division will receive prizes.
