Rememember new classes start this week. Friday 6:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. Kickboxing and 6:45 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Grappling. Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. Tai Chi for Relaxation. Come in and try one of our exciting new classes. (Current students can bring a friend to try a class for free with them.)
