Capitol City Men’s Summer League proudly introduces our league commissioner, Chris Dyer is a respected Arkansas coach with a proven track record of leading grown athletes and running disciplined, competitive programs.
Chris has led multiple teams to high success he also won back‑to‑back championships with the Arkansas Xtra Men’s Football Team. His experience managing adult athletes, enforcing structure, and keeping competitive environments professional makes him the perfect neutral voice for our league.
As commissioner, Chris will oversee:
Rule enforcement
Game-day professionalism
Conflict resolution
Protecting the integrity of the league, having a commissioner with Chris’s leadership ensures every team competes on a level playing field and all you fans will have a fun and entertaining time. The Capitol City Summer League is being created to give the men in Little Rock and surrounding areas a safe haven, positive outlet, and a place to compete during the summer. This league is for the players who still love and have a passion for the game need a place to just hoop or a space where they can stay active, stay focused, and stay out the way.
