January 10, 2022 — Bob Harrison had a stroke that changed everything.

🥩 Protein — Not a trend. A biological necessity. Protein is how your body repairs tissue, maintains muscle mass, regulates hormones, and sustains energy. It becomes even more critical as we age and our bodies become less efficient at synthesizing it.

😴 Sleep — The most underrated performance tool available to you, and it’s free. This is when your body repairs, your brain consolidates learning, and your hormones reset. You cannot out-train, out-supplement, or out-hustle poor sleep.
