Meet Katherine! 💪

Katherine has been working out for 22 years, with the last 2.5 years spent at CLUBHAUS. She started as a member and recently stepped into teaching — bringing her passion for fitness and healthy living to others every day.

“The older you get, the harder you have to work,” and Katherine truly lives by that mindset. She believes staying active daily is one of the most important things you can do as you age, and she loves helping others enjoy their own fitness journey.
You come today, you shine tomorrow ✨

Katherine teaches Simple Strength and Cardio Core, motivating members to build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle.
When she’s not at CLUBHAUS, you’ll probably find her tending to her flower garden, mountain biking with her husband and border collie, or enjoying the outdoors.

THE SEWER LINE HAS BEEN CLEARED! We are opening the locker rooms, showers, sinks, cold plunge and sauna back up for use. Thank you for your patience. 🙏 The bathroom in the Simple Strength Studio is still out of order. They are replacing that pipe and it will be down till this is done. All other bathrooms and showers are OPEN!

Sewer Line Update: The Plumbing Company is digging up the sewer line pipe. Most likely they will have to cut across our parking lot to get down to the blockage to get it cleared. Very possible they may have replace the entire sewer line pipe. We hope not because the cost will triple and is a much larger fix and will take more time. We will update you here daily as well as Constant Contact emails. We do have porta-pottys outside and are getting a new hand washing station outside as the one we received Friday is not working. We thank you for your patience during this process. 🙏🙏🙏

UPDATE- The lobby bathroom is now closed. We thought it could be used, but it triggered another sewage backup and flooded the men’s locker room floor. NO bathrooms can be used, so please take this into account if you come. All showers, bathrooms, sinks, cold plunge and sauna are closed till the pipe repair is done. Very sorry for the inconvenience!

OPEN AT NOON TODAY! The lobby bathroom will be open for use. The showers in the locker rooms, sauna, cold plunge, sinks, and all other bathrooms will the UNAVAILABLE for use until the sewer line is repaired next week. All classes will be back on the schedule starting tomorrow morning. We cannot do laundry, so please bring your own workout towel. We are very sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation. 🙏

We are CLOSED until further notice due to sewer line blockage, which is backing up inside the club. The pipe could not be cleared and will need to be dug up to clear it. Please check here for updates and as soon as it is repaired we will notify you and open back up. Very sorry for the inconvenience!
