Testing a noon Simple Strength weight lifting class today. All set up and ready to go! Simple Strength is a total body workout focusing on back, chest, biceps, triceps, core, legs, glutes and cardio to keep your heart rate up. Plenty of space at noon if you want to come check it out. Simple Strength will change your body more than any class!

She did it! Clubhaus’s own Maggy Rogers graduated The Historic Little Rock Central High School last night. She’s headed to Hendrix College this fall. Stop by the front desk to congratulate Maggy this weekend. We are very proud of her!

Meet Katherine! 💪

Katherine has been working out for 22 years, with the last 2.5 years spent at CLUBHAUS. She started as a member and recently stepped into teaching — bringing her passion for fitness and healthy living to others every day.

“The older you get, the harder you have to work,” and Katherine truly lives by that mindset. She believes staying active daily is one of the most important things you can do as you age, and she loves helping others enjoy their own fitness journey.

Katherine teaches Simple Strength and Cardio Core, motivating members to build strength, confidence, and a healthy lifestyle.
When she’s not at CLUBHAUS, you’ll probably find her tending to her flower garden, mountain biking with her husband and border collie, or enjoying the outdoors.
