Starting tomorrow, Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center is your Saturday morning pickleball spot!

Join us every Saturday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM for pickleball in the gymnasium. Come play, practice your skills, or just enjoy a few games!

New to pickleball or looking to improve? For the next 6 weeks, we’ll also offer a 30-minute instructional clinic from 9:00–9:30 AM covering rules, serving, scoring, technique, and game play.

🏓 Saturday Pickleball: 7:00–11:00 AM, ongoing
🏓 Pickleball 101 Clinic: 9:00–9:30 AM, for 6 weeks beginning September 12

We were glad to welcome members of the Little Rock Fire Department’s Swift Water Rescue Team to Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center for their annual swim test earlier this summer!

Firefighters from Engine 2, Engine 16 and Rescue 2 regularly use our fitness center and swimming pool to train, stay active and prepare for the physically demanding work they do every day.

We’re proud to be a place where our first responders can train and prepare to serve the Little Rock community. Thank you to LRFD for all you do!

Due to the Labor Day closure, this month’s visit from the Baptist Health Community Wellness Center has been pushed back one week to Monday, September 14.

Stop by from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center for free on site health screenings and wellness services.

Available services include:
• Blood pressure screenings
• Blood sugar screenings
• Health education
• Care coordination
• Community referrals and more

Walk ins are welcome and no appointment is needed.

Due to the heat index exceeding 105°F, the Jim Dailey Fitness & Aquatic Center outdoor pool will close today at 12:00 PM in accordance with our heat index safety policy.

Guests currently enjoying the pool may continue swimming until 12:00 PM.

Pickleball 101 is a 6-week clinic designed to help participants learn the fundamentals, improve their technique and build confidence on the court.

Your instructor will provide hands-on instruction covering rules, serving, scoring, technique, court positioning and game play. No experience necessary!
