Step 1:
Take the CHCL fi****ms safety class from King Carter. Certificate fee is $75 for basic or $100 for Enhance.

Step2:
Apply online by submitting a application at https://chcl.ark.org/asplicense/chcl_application/chcl.aspx/Application/Demographics . Application fee is $92 or $40 for veterans.

Step 3:
Submit your digital fingerprints and training certificate to the Arkansas State Police.

Your license will be mailed upon approval.
