We love having private parties at Camp!

Much thanks to Camp Yoga and the amazing Sara T for hosting us in our private reformer session today. It was a tricky bunch with both seasoned students and newbies. Sara handled it like the pro she always is. Everyone felt welcome, learned, and had a rewarding (and spicy) experience with the power of Pilates. I’ve been so blessed to meet these amazing, supportive friends. We come from different backgrounds, appreciate each others’ strengths, but are on a unified mission. We call ourselves the assault team-we are assaulting life to make ourselves, the people we care about, and the world in general… better. Thanks so much for providing a place at Camp today where we could appreciate this moment in our lives and celebrate our team.

Welcome Erica as our newest Pilates instructor the Saturday. We are so excited to add Inferno to our Saturday lineup of classes. Inferno is a mat Pilates experience and usually heated but on Saturdays, we will be giving you a nonheated opportunity.
