Garlic Butter Steak Bites and Shrimp Feast 🥩🍤

Experience a mouthwatering combination of juicy steak and tender shrimp smothered in heavenly garlic butter sauce! Perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or impressing guests on a special occasion.

Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
1. Start by heating 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Once the oil is hot, add in the steak cubes in a single layer. Allow them to sear for approximately 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are beautifully browned on all sides. After cooking, transfer the steak to a plate to keep it warm.

3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.

4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, just until it becomes fragrant.

5. Now, it's time to introduce the shrimp to the skillet. Sprinkle the shrimp with paprika and cook them for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.

6. Once the shrimp are cooked, return the seared steak bites to the skillet along with the shrimp.

7. Drizzle in the Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Season generously with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir the mixture well and allow it to cook together for an additional 2 minutes, letting all the impressive flavors blend.

8. Finally, transfer this delicious feast to a serving platter and sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color. Serve hot and enjoy it alongside fluffy rice, creamy mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad.

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Brush both sides with melted butter.
Dredge each chicken breast in the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coating.
Arrange the coated chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.

CARNE ASADA

Ingredients:

For the Carne Asada:
- 1 pound flank or skirt steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

For the Tostadas:
- 6 tostada shells
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup pico de gallo (fresh tomato salsa)
- Optional: shredded lettuce, sour cream, or cheese

Directions:

1. Marinate the Carne Asada:
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture all over the steak and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).

2. Cook the Steak:
