REMINDER ‼️‼️

Our kids obstacle course program begins today with our 5 to 7-year-old group! 🎉

Class will take place at 299 Loomis St., Little Falls at 3:45 PM sharp! Class will end at 4:30 PM. We do ask that parents either wait in the waiting room or drop off so that we have more space for our kids at class.

We look forward to a great, fun class this evening! 🤩

Live Well connected is looking for youth leaders! 🤩

👉🏼If you are a young person age 15 to 17 years old and you love working with children in a fitness/sports atmosphere, this is for you! 🙂

Youth leaders will be trained to assist coaches and trainers during our children’s classes and programs. This is an excellent opportunity for our young adults to have a positive leadership role, learn to take initiative, practice patience, and be a positive mentor to our local youth!

We need to finalize events on our summer calendar and need your help! ☀️

Some ideas could be;

✅Toddler focused classes (tumbling, zumbini, Mommy and Me)
✅ gymnastics
✅ sports camps
✅ Teen lifting/fitness
✅ Ninja Warrior

▶️If your child is in need of cleats, sneakers, or any sports related equipment, like baseball pants, apparel, shinguards, helmets… Join us!

All of the equipment is gently used and donated! It is completely FREE!!!

We will have tables set up at Live Well Fitness Little Falls located at 299 Loomis St. in Little Falls  this Saturday, May 2 from 10 AM until noon!
