All of Live Well Connected classes are completely FREE to our local youth!

Today is the DAY!!
We are taking part in this great opportunity to fundraise for our mission of keeping local youth engaged in free health, fitness, and wellness activities!
Located in Little Falls, NY, Live Well Connected, Inc. has offered over 50 FREE wellness programs and activities this year! We have provided service for over 200 local children, and we wish to grow!!

Line Dancing
Teen Lift Programs
Obstacle Courses
Speed & Agility
Holiday Hustle
Nutrition 101
Summer Camp
Wrestling Camp
Yoga
Any donation has the ability to go even FURTHER with the match donation, by the Community Foundation!
We have plans to offer an upcoming Halloween Fitness Class, a Group Hike with an Adirondack Guide, Youth Healthy Cooking Class, and so much more!
