Race weekend recap from Syracuse Indoors

Friday night finished 2nd in Warmup Champ, finished 4th in Pro Champ after I had a tire come off the bead.

Saturday finished 3rd in Warmup Champ, finished 6th in Pro Champ.

Syracuse Indoors is always a fun race. Fast, furious, up on the wheel physical demanding racing. The only issue we had all weekend was a tire coming of the bead. The Chavis Motorsports power was on point!! Thanks Matt Chavis! Had some great starts and lead a few laps thanks to those Cole Achey Performance clutches. Thanks Cole Achey. our tire game was on point thanks to Maracing Magicmikecutz! Thanks for all the help in the shop and at the track Saturday Mike. I think we made some progress from last year, but still have some work to do.

Finished 2nd in the Champ warm up class. I was running 4th in the Pro Champ race when my right front tire came off the bead and sent me into the wall. Luckily no damage to the kart. Back at it again tomorrow.
