Flow Motion Update:

There are some minor course changes to account for the construction of 2 ponds. Don't worry, it only removes the northern most section through the sun scorched field. All of the fast, flowing singletrack remains as fun as ever.

MacAttack lap time: 30:11

You can download the course at the link below. Juniors course remains the same and will be listed in the comments.

Adults will follow the full trail and all RED trail tape markings. Juniors will have 2 bypasses indicated by YELLOW trail tape. We will enjoy a sesame street lesson on colors and counting 1-4 for lap counts on Sunday in our pre-race meetings.

Who is going home with hardware next week at the Flow Motion TMBRA race at 29 Pines Mountain Bike Trail?

Thanks to arundelbike we have a fleet of great bike accessories. Top tube bags to store your race day nutrition, seat bags to store a spare tube, bells to let that guy slowing you down know you’re about to pass him in the grass. Arundel Bicycle Company has us set!

There are plenty of categories with podium spots still open. Sign up this weekend before the registration increases!

Only one week to go until Flow Motion!

If you want to get a look at the course before race weekend, 29 Pines Mountain Bike Trail will be open for pre-riding this Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM–8:00 PM.

Come get some laps in, learn the lines, and get familiar with the 6-mile race loop featuring 200+ berms, whoops, jumps, and plenty of fast, flowing singletrack.

Then next weekend, it's time to race!

Thank you everyone for supporting our second year with 29 Pines Mountain Bike Trail, TMBRA Texas Mountain Bike Racing Association & . The kickoff race for the 2026 Texas Cup series is about to go down!

We have just under 2 weeks to go and our participation is already soaring ahead of last years numbers.
