We're thrilled to share some personal news — our massage therapist Devin McElroy welcomed his second child into the world on August 3rd! Say hello to Leo Brooks McElroy 💙

Weighing in at 4 lbs 9 oz and 16.5 inches long, this sweet little guy is growing fast and bringing so much love to his parents, Devin & Ashley, and big sister Willow.

Devin is officially back from paternity leave and accepting appointments — and for a limited time, every donation to his diaper fund comes with a free massage!

Autumnal Equinox Sound Bath

Tuesday, September 22nd at 7:00 PM | The Hot Spot

Join us for another evening of deep relaxation, reflection, and renewal as we celebrate the Autumnal Equinox and prepare our bodies, minds, and spirits for the season ahead.

Come center yourself with Rosa Bella Volpe as she guides you through a deeply restorative sound bath. Using resonant instruments including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, waves of sound wash over you, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and invite you into a state of deep rest.

The Autumnal Equinox is a beautiful time to pause, turn inward, and create space for what the next season may bring.

Just bring a mat, blanket, water, and an open mind.

Class Changes for Tomorrow, August 22nd

Due to unforeseen circumstances tomorrow morning's 8:15am Mat Pilates with Lauren will have a sub, Lily Callahan. Lily is a Mat Level 2 certified instructor and has been teaching for the past 5 years. You are in wonderful hands and will certainly sweat!

9:15 Mat Pilates is cancelled.
