Prioritizing rest is so important for every athlete! With late night practices & early mornings at school all week, Sunday is the best time to catch up on some important rest! 😎

Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
Six days you shall labor and do all your work, but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God.
