I’ve personally been taking creatine for years and it’s one of the supplements I consistently recommend to clients looking to build or maintain muscle, and it’s great to see the research continue to support its benefits.

A new meta-analysis of 7 studies involving 608 postmenopausal women found that creatine monohydrate, when combined with resistance training, helped improve:
