Kudos to everyone who came out for FitStrong this morning and ended their week strong!

Have you tried this dynamic, challenging class yet? Co-taught by Dean and Amy, this 90 minute workout starts with a 30 minute cycle, followed by an hour of strength and resistance training. Come for one or both portions, and push your workout to the next level!
